Folder 2 - EUROFORGEN Reports and Publications on Ethical, Legal and Social Aspects of Forensic Genetics
This folder contains four EUROFORGEN reports that offer systematic overviews of recent work on social, ethical and legal aspects of forensic genetics. These reports provide authoritative accounts of the current legal frameworks which govern the use of forensic genetics in a range of European jurisdictions, a survey of what is known of public attitudes to existing and developing innovations in DNA profiling and databasing, and a guide to forensic genetics ethical issues designed for professionals and interested lay persons. Also included in the folder are published and forthcoming papers on ethical, legal and social journal articles written by EUROFORGEN collaborators.
